Welcome! Though there is no substitute for meeting someone face to face, we hope the information here will offer a quick overview of who we are and what we offer to our real estate clients. Fort Myers Realty is a locally, family-owned, full-service brokerage, and Shawn is not just a licensed Realtor, he’s a licensed real estate broker and owner of the company. Since 2005, he has provided his services to hundreds of families both with buying and selling here in Southwest Florida. There have been many changes and different market fluctuations in those years. And each of the communities we serve has unique opportunities for buyers and sellers. Whether waterfront, golfing, boating, island, gated, or a larger piece of land, there is something here for everyone



STARTING ON JANUARY 1ST, 2025 THROUGH THE END OF 2025 OUR COMPANY WILL BE OFFERING COMMISSION PROGRAMS TO CELEBRATE SHAWN’S 20TH YEAR IN REAL ESTATE AND HIS 60TH BIRTHDAY.

BUYERS COMMISSIONS WILL START AT 1% OF CLOSING VALUE OR LOWER! (Minimum $750,000)

SELLING COMMISSIONS WILL START AT 1.5% OF CLOSING VALUE OR LOWER! (Minimum $500,000)

VACANT LAND SELLING COMMISSIONS WILL BE 1% OF CLOSING VALUE OR LOWER AND CAPPED AT $50,000. (Minimum $500,000)



Remember, all broker commissions are negotiable by law. One broker may charge twice what another broker charges for the same service. Always interview a couple brokerages and see how different they operate before making your decision on representation. Besides an emphasis on saving our clients money, we also choose to represent them as a Single Agent and act as a fiduciary. This is the highest form of representation available. Most brokers operate as a transactional agent. Make sure you know the difference.
